Martha Elaine Boswell

Martha Elaine Boswell , 89, of Denver, passed away May 15, 2016.

She was born March 6, 1927 in Sidney, Iowa, the daughter of Wilbur and Mae Zach.

On April 29, 1987, she married James Boswell.

She was a member of P.E.O. Chapter IE in Grand Lake, CO. Martha was a member and the organist of First Methodist Church in Boulder and later Mountain View Methodist Church. Most recently, Martha was a member of Kapaa Church of Christ.

Martha enjoyed playing bridge. She especially loved playing the piano. Martha also enjoyed shopping and puzzles. Her favorite pastime was going out to dinner and enjoying desserts. Above all, she will be remembered as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family.

Martha is survived by her husband of 28 years, James Boswell; Two Daughters, Nicola L. (Bill Gilmore) Edwards and Gloria J. (Peter Schenk) Edwards; Son, Zach (Cheryl) Edwards; her Step-Daughter, Shawn (George) Davis; Three Grandchildren, Shannon (Tyrone) Campbell, Sean Divine and Ashley (Scott Patterson) Divine; Three Great-Grandchildren, Jaylon Divine, Blake Mariano and Amelie Campbell.

She is preceded in death by Father, Wilbur Zach and Mother, Mae Zach.
