Martin Perkins passed away with family by his side on May 20th. He is survived by his wife of 29 years Lisa Sherman Perkins and beloved children Matt (27), Morgan (23), and Layne (21), his mother Sue White, father Don Perkins, sisters Lee Ann Crockett (Lance), Mary Lou Cummings (Dave), and Bonnie Payne (Andy), father in law Steve Sherman, as well as a large extended family. Martin's life was extended and his family blessed, through the generosity of organ donation.
In lieu of flowers, please send donations in Martin's memory to the University of Colorado Hospital Foundation with gifts directed to the Primary Pulmonary Hypertension Department.
