Marvin L. Porter, 88, of Denver, passed away March 23, 2017.
He was born January 31, 1929 in Bagley, Minnesota, the son of Alvin and Ella (Hinkle) Porter.
Marvin honorably served in the US Army during the Korean War. He also enjoyed woodworking, hiking and spending time with his family.
Marvin is survived by his loving wife, Eileen Porter; Two Sons, Douglas A. Porter and Daryl S. Porter; Daughter, JoAnn Raether; Many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; Brother, Wayne Porter; Sister, AlmaJean Milliken and Many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by Father, Alvin L. Porter, Mother, Ella May Porter, Daughter, Lynn J. Barnes and three sisters, Helen, Stella, and Merle.
