Mary S. Jones, 83, of Denver, passed away December 14, 2016.
She was born December 25, 1932 in Yazoo City, Mississippi, the daughter of Joseph and Mary (Taylor) Brown. She was a graduate of Humphrey County Training in Louise, Mississippi. She attended the University of Colorado at Boulder. In November 1963, she married Joseph Jones, of Denver, Colorado.
Mary is survived by her husband, Joseph Jones; two sisters, Barbara Jean Price and Hannah Vaughn; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. She is preceded in death by her son, Anthony Jones; parents, Joseph and Mary Brown; brothers, Robert Price and Johnny Price; sisters, Gloria Smith, Dorothy Shelman, and Thelma Holloman.
