Ken was born June 8, 1945, in Jackson, Tennessee. He lived in Lakewood, Colorado with his wife of almost 41 years, Sylvia Rose. He worked for many years as a master welder and then studied hard to become a heating and air conditioning technician, until retiring in 1998. After retirement he took great pride in taking care of grandchildren, Tyler and Colby, and supporting them in their sporting activities, Hockey and Karate. Ken often volunteered with the Foothills Flyers Hockey Association, running their game clock and score boards during games. He enjoyed life and always said he never met a stranger. Ken is survived by his loving wife Sylvia, daughter Stephanie and the lights of his life, his grandchildren, tyler and Colby Rose.
