Michael J. Zahn was born on October 8, 1954, in Coldwater, Ohio. He was one of six children. He graduated from Fort Loramie High School in 1973 and made a career as his own boss, being self-employed most of his professional life. Mike was an honest, fun-loving, laid back person, known for his sense of humor, and his love of cooking. He was an avid golfer, and a coffee connoisseur, who perfected the art of baking and grilling. Mike passed away July 4, 2012 in Denver, Colorado after a strong battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife, two daughters, a son, seven grandchildren, two sisters, and a brother. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother and one sister. Mike will be forever remembered for his legendary beef brisket, Cabo-Wabo tequila tacos, sticky toffee pudding, and so much more.
