Monika Johanna Lewis

Monica J. Lewis, at the age of 70, went to be with the Lord on November 9, 2016. Survived by her brother Georg Diller, daughters Denise Damian, Kimberly Garelick and husband Jeff, Michelle Massey and husband Neal, and Stephanie Wilson, and grandchildren Ryan, Jordan, Courtney, Lauren, and Nicole. Predeceased by her son Brian Damian.

Monika was master gardener, lover of animals and nature, gourmet cook, friend and confidant. Monika was a charming, resourceful, brilliant, strong, authentic woman with a firecracker personality. Her children will carry on her legacy with pride. Services will be held at noon, November 19, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 190 North Potomac, Aurora, Colorado 80011. Burial to follow at Chapel Hill Cemetery, 6601South Colorado Boulevard, Centennial, Colorado 80121.
