A Celebration of life with her friends will be held January 28th from 1:00-3:30 PM at the Fellowship Hall at Holy Shepherd Lutheran Church, located at 9th and Kipling for Nancy Theilgaard Horn, age 77 of Littleton, Colorado.
Mrs. Nancy Horn passed away on Monday, January 9, 2012 in Denver, Colorado. She was born on May 15, 1934 in Chicago, Illinois. She is survived by her husband, George D. Horn of Littleton and sister, Linda Theilgaard of Lakewood.
She attended Thorp Grammar School, Steinmetz High School, and graduated from the Norwegian American Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. Her life's work was as a surgical nurse and worked over twenty years at Lutheran Hospital in Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
