Edmund J. "Ned" Koser, 82, of Evergreen, Colorado died peacefully at home Friday, August 26 after a brief illness.
He was raised in Ardmore, Pennsylvania, attended the University of Maryland and retired from the U.S. Forest Service.
He survived by his wife of 58 years, Ellen, son Karl, daughters Karen Padilla, Barbara Koser and granddaughter Brittiana Padilla.
Visitation, Thursday, September 1 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM; Service, Thursday, September 1 7:00 PM, both at Newcomer Funeral Home West Metro Chapel. Interment, Friday, September 2, 9:15 AM at Fort Logan National Cemetery Area "C". Military Honors by the United States Navy and the All Veterans Honor Guard.
