Nellie Clare Schroeder, 100, of Aurora, passed away March 6, 2017.
She was born February 23, 1917 in Eccles, West Virginia, the daughter of Charles and Orlena (Brooks) Perdue. On August 14, 1943 she married Melvin Schroeder, of Clinton, Iowa.
Nellie is survived by her children, Dale (Sandi) Schroeder, Linda (Dan) McPhedron, and David (Linda) Schroeder; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and one sister. She is preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Henry Schroeder and parents.
