Neva Jessie Trine was born to Amy Belle Hashman Trine and Floyd Stanley Trine on a farm 15 miles northwest of Alliance, Nebraska on April 29, 1923. As a result of the great depression and the dust bowl, she and her family moved to Arvada, Colorado in 1937. She graduated from Arvada High School in 1940. The same year she married Ernie Jump with whom she had three girls. Barbara (Dick) Irwin of Pinecliffe, Colorado; Patty (Al) Enderle of Erie, Colorado; Sally (Dave) Weaver of Indianapolis, Indiana. She was widowed in 1960 and in 1962 married Ben Snelson with whom she enjoyed two grown step children, Judy of Flagler, Colorado and Bruce (JoAnn) Snelson of Fort Morgan, Colorado. She was widowed again in 1988 and in 1992 married Paul Anderson of Aurora, Colorado, adding another grown step child, Mary Ellen (John) Chope of Littleton, Colorado. She worked for many years in the insurance business and after retiring enjoyed traveling with Ben and Paul. Besides her first two husbands, she was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Chester Trine and sister Vivian Freeman, a step grandson and a great-grandson. She is surivived by her children, step children, five grandchildren, six step grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
