Norma L. Aguilar , 82, of Thornton, passed away January 14, 2017.
She was born November 6, 1934 in Walsenburg, Colorado, the daughter of Maximilliono and Agrapina (Vigil) Jaquez.
It was in 1961 that she met the love of her life, Robert Aguilar. They married in 1969.
She was a parishioner of Presentation of Our Lady Church in Denver.
Norma enjoyed playing cards. She was also an avid Denver Broncos Fan. She also enjoyed shopping. Above all, Norma will be remembered as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family.
Norma is survived by Son, Robert Mark (Carol) Aguilar; Three Grandchildren, Danielle (Zach Aragon) Aguilar, Tia Aguilar and Angelique Aguilar; Two Great-Grandchildren, Aalyiah Aragon and Genasis Aragon with one great-grandchild on the way; Brother, Max (Cecilia) Jaquez; Many nieces including Sybil Cruz, nephews, extended family and many close friends.
She is preceded in death by Husband, Robert A. Aguilar; Father, Maximilliono Jaquez; Mother, Agrapina Jaquez; Two Brothers, Delfino and Rudolph Jaquez and Sister, Carmella Chavez.
