Obie was born June 18, 1953 and grew up in Texarkana, Texas. He had a trade of working on boats, he loved music, cooking and always told everyone how much he loved them, he moved to Denver in 2001.
Obie leaves to mourn his sisters; Cassie Rivers of Texarkana, Texas, Gloria Reed of Denver, Colorado, Mary Daniels of Denver, Colorado and Trisha Daniels of Texarkana, Texas; sons Tracy Walton and Moneye Daniels; daughter, Ricca Daniels; 6 grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
