Patricia Ann Jones

Patricia Ann Jones, age 73, of Denver, Colorado, passed away peacefully on July 10, 2026. She was born October 29, 1952 in Fulda, Germany to LeRoy and Gisela Despard.

She graduated Boulder High School in 1970.

She married her high school sweetheart Stephen Harrison Jones on December 14, 1972 at the LCMS Mt Zion Church in Denver, Colorado where she was a life long member since 1968.

She traveled with and supported her husband throughout the world at military assignments from 1970 through 1991.

Two daughters, Rochelle & Heather, were born while stationed in Fulda, Germany in 1976 and 1978. Later, two grandsons, Markus and Samuel, were born in 1996 and 2008.

Returning to Denver, Colorado from Italy in 1991 with her husband and daughters, she became a State employee retiring in 2017.

In the many joyful years following her retirement, she and her husband spent EVERY day together walking and enjoying each others company at Estes Park, Evergreen Lake, Lake McIntosh, City Park, Washington Park & Sloan Lake.
