Patricia Irene Flees, known lovingly as Pat, was born on March 10, 1952, in Michigan. She spent her early life in Charlotte, where she graduated from Charlotte High School in 1970. Pat's journey truly began when she moved to Colorado in 1976 with her beloved husband, Kenneth Flees, whom she married in 1975. Together, they created a life filled with dedication, humor, and love, ultimately establishing their family and building a successful business, Alltemp Mechanical Inc., where she served as the Office Manager.

Throughout her life, Pat was celebrated for the beautiful touches she brought to everything she did. She was meticulous and perfectionistic, traits that defined her both in professional and personal endeavors. Whether it was laboring overnight to create a stunning bouquet of calla lilies for her daughter Kristi's wedding or meticulously organizing paperwork for work, she put her heart into each task, leaving a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to cross her path.

Pat was known for her striking silver hair, a trademark that many admired alongside her radiant smile that could light up any room. She had a knack for creating unforgettable holiday gatherings, investing her time and talent in decorating and cooking to make these events truly special for her family and friends. Many will cherish the memories of her warm hospitality and the inviting atmosphere she cultivated during those cherished times.

In addition to her work and family life, Pat was a passionate gardener and Master Gardener, having earned her certification from Colorado State University in her thirties. Her love for gardening intertwined beautifully with her love for landscaping, reflecting her exquisite attention to detail and nurturing nature. She enjoyed sewing costumes for the Westernaires and dedicating time in the dark room to develop photos for their newsletter, all of which highlight her creative spirit.

A devoted animal lover, Pat had a special bond with her Husky, Rocky, and made it a ritual to walk five miles daily at Crown Hill Park. This dedication to her health and passion for the outdoors perfectly mirrored her zest for life.

The impact of Pat's life will forever resonate within the hearts of her loved ones. She is survived by her husband of fifty years, Kenneth Flees; daughter Kristi Yeingst and her husband David; son Brian Flees and his wife Angie; seven grandchildren, including Erin, Gavin, Megan, and William; as well as her sister, Susan Farr, and her brothers, Jerry Roiter (Margaret) and Lynn Roiter (Jane).

Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Lola and Robert Roiter. She passed away at home in Wheat Ridge, Colorado, on February 11, 2026, after a long illness, surrounded by her loving family. Her legacy of kindness, generosity, and detail-oriented excellence will continue to inspire those she leaves behind. As we gather to remember and honor her, we celebrate a remarkable woman whose love will forever be a guiding light in our lives.
