PAUL A. L'HERAULT
1963-2014
Paul Alan L'Herault of Aurora, Colorado passed away on Friday, June 6, 2014. Paul was born to the late Betty J. (Callahan) and Bernard J. L'Herault on September 13, 1963 in Wyandotte, Michigan.
Paul enlisted in the U.S. Air Force in 1983 and married Helen (Manning) in 1986 in Del Rio, Texas. The couple was then stationed at Hahn Air Base in Germany. Upon discharge from the Air Force following the Gulf War in 1991 the couple relocated to Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Paul received his BS in Nursing from the University of Michigan and worked as a Registered Nurse in a metropolitan hospital emergency department in Detroit. Paul then relocated to Colorado where he went on to get his Masters of Science degree as a Nurse Practitioner and practiced as a certified Adult Nurse Practitioner in the Denver metro area.
Paul was a devoted alumnus and fan of the University of Michigan as well as a fan of Red Wings hockey. He enjoyed cooking, gardening, golf, fishing, travel, and hiking in the mountains. He was a fun-loving husband, son and brother, and a devoted uncle to his nephews and nieces.
Paul is survived by his wife, Helen and his loyal cat, Savage; his brothers Daniel T. (Grand Rapids, MI), Mark F. (Valdosta, GA), and Lawrence E. (Webster, FL); ten nephews and six nieces. Paul is preceded in death by his parents and brother, William J.

Burial will be held on Monday, June 16, 2014 at Fort Logan National Cemetery, Denver, Colorado.
