His early years were filled with wonderful, fun times, raising his family and building a cabin with his first wife, Barb. The family celebrated the 50th anniversary of the cabin last year.
A lifelong golf enthusiast, his happiest day was 5/12/2008: finally made a hole-in-one! One of his favorite places for golfing was in Hawaii. Other hobbies included skiing, bike riding, and travel. Donna and Phil loved to ride bikes down the bike path to downtown every weekend. Donna taught Phil the art of travel. He didn't make it easy getting to a destination, but he loved every minute once he arrived.
Phil was the founder/owner of Technical Tools Inc. Phil was very talented in the engineering and tool industry. He built his company from scratch into a profitable family business. He devoted his entire life to the business. He could build any special tool requested and was the go-to guy for machinists who were totally stumped and needed his expertise.
"We will always love you Phil"
