Philip A. Rem , 68, of Littleton, passed away December 6, 2015.
He was born September 13, 1947 in Detroit, Michigan, the son of Joseph and Ellen (Hill) Rem. He was a graduate of St. Paul Catholic School. He attended the University of Michigan for both his undergrad and his MBA. On June 29, 1973 he married Janice Michno.
He was an avid University of Michigan football fan. Phil loved sports, he grew up playing baseball, football, and hockey. He also loved any type of water sport whether it was on the lakes in Michigan or during one of his beloved family vacations. His love of sports continued throughout his life. In his later years Phil enjoyed playing tennis, golfing, skiing, camping and spending time in the outdoors. Above all, he loved to spend time with his family, especially his daughters and his grandchildren. Phil's keen sense of humor will forever bring a smile to those that were close to him. He will be missed, but he will never be forgotten.
Philip is survived by his wife, Janice Rem; three daughters, Kristin L (Andrew) Hindes, Lindsey R. (Kyle) Manske, Lauren E. (Leonardo) Kosman; five grandchildren, Madelyn Hindes, Eliana Hindes, Luca Kosman, Bella Kosman, Maryn Manske; two brothers, Lawrence (Charlene) Rem, Kenneth (Joy) Rem; Sister, Cheryl (Kevin) Reitzloff and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his father, Joseph Rem, mother, Ellen Rem, and brother, Douglas Rem.
