Philip E. Tomer, 77, of Englewood, passed away November 30, 2013 after a long illness.
He was born May 30, 1936 in Warwick, New York, the son of Clifford and Harriet (Phillips) Tomer. On November 9, 1958 he married Joan Upson, of Cheshire, CT. He graduated Atlantic Union College South Lancaster, MA with a BS in Medical Technology. He and his wife Joan (an RN) were both employed at New England Memorial Hospital for many years.
Philip is survived by his Wife, Joan; Daughter - Karen (Ron) Montgomery; two Sons - Kevin E. (Tonya) Tomer, Kyle E. (Lori) Tomer; nine Grandchildren and two Great Grandsons.
