Phyllis Jayne (Pat) Holden, 95, of Littleton, Colorado, entered into the presence of the Lord Jesus on March 13, 2016. She was born February 8, 1921, in Dayton, Ohio. She married Americus (Ric) Holden on August 7, 1943 and they lived in various parts of the country, including Florida, Idaho, Ohio, Texas, California, and Colorado.
Pat held many different types of jobs during her lifetime, but particularly liked being a real estate agent and a counselor. In addition, she loved to lead Bible studies, and was always active in her church, most recently at Southern Gables Church in Lakewood, Colorado.
Pat was a woman of many interests. She loved acting, telling stories, playing games, walking, and "attempting" to play tennis and golf. She was known among her friends for her smile, her perky personality, and her ability to laugh at herself.
She is survived by her five children: Lee Holden (Cindy), Oro Valley, Arizona; Doug Holden (Sandy), Littleton, Colorado; Gayle Holden Cook (Tom), Peoria, Arizona; Neil Holden (Cindy), Littleton, Colorado; and Clint Holden (Dawn), Highlands Ranch, Colorado. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and their spouses, 19 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
