He was born June 24, 1963 in Fort Morgan, Colorado, the son of Edward H. and Leola M. (Hale) Williams.
Raymond is survived by sisters, Dorothy Williams and Mary Amarante and three nephews David Williams, Daniel Amarante and Raymond Amarante; and three great-nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents.
