He was born January 21, 1938 in Brooklyn, New York, the son of Leo and Emma (Hanson) Laubach.
Richard is survived by Wife Judith Scott; Daughter, Kathy Vasquez; Son, Steven Laubach; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
