Richard Oney Ortiz , 80, of Westminster, passed away March 16, 2017.
He was born October 6, 1936 in Trinidad, Colorado, the son of Onesimo and Raffilita (Madrid) Ortiz.
Richard is survived by his daughter, Linda Esquibel, two sons, Edward K. Ortiz and Richard O. Ortiz, Jr.; nine grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
