She was born April 19, 1938 in Lonsdale, Minnesota, the daughter of John and Emily (Machacek) Malecha.
Rita is survived by Sister, Ruth J. Matson; Two Nephews, Richard Matson, Andrew (Melanie) Matson; Niece, Jennifer (Bryan) Eggum; 2 Great Nieces; 1 Great Nephew. She is preceded in death by Father, John J. Malecha, Mother, Emily Malecha, Niece, Colleen Olson.
