Robert B. Bargas, Jr.

Robert Ben Bargas, Jr, 59, of Parachute, passed away November 22, 2017

He was born on February 2, 1958 in Chandler, Arizona, the son of Robert and Mary Bargas

Robert was a loving son, brother, father, grandfather, uncle, cousin and friend. To know him, was to love him. His contagious smile will never be forgotten.

Robert fulfilled many of his life-long dreams. He became a Garfield County Sheriff in 2000. Robert loved his job and he loved fast cars, specifically corvettes, which was more then obvious by the corvette tattoo he had on his left arm. He also loved his fur babies, German Shepherds. Yanu was his baby. He loved his dog more than his cars. Robert loved spending time with his family, listening to music, attending church, going to breakfast, lunch or dinner, car shows and taking Yanu to the dog park.

Robert was surrounded by family in his finest hours. Although our hearts are filled with sadness, we rejoice in knowing he has gone to that magic place and is no longer in pain and he is now resting in the arms of his mother.
