Robert Ray Bedsaul Jr., a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, entered into eternal rest on November 20, 2025, at the age of 75. A man of deep faith and unwavering commitment to his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Bob lived his life as a testament to God's love, serving his family with humility, joy, and generosity.
Born on March 1, 1950, in Denver, Colorado, Bob discovered his deep Christian faith in his twenties, which became the guiding force in his life. He spent much of his life in Casper, Wyoming, moving to Frederick in 2014 to be closer to his children. His greatest joy was in his role as a family man, cherishing his beloved wife, Dorothy Bedsaul, whom he served faithfully until her passing earlier this year. Together, they created a legacy of love that extended to their children: sons Les (Barb), Jim (Cinde), Bob (Jami), and their late son, John, brothers Tom and John, and his sister Ruthie. Bob's devotion to his family was evident in every act of service.
As a grandfather to ten grandchildren and a great-grandfather to four, Bob delighted in the laughter and growth of the younger generations. He loved big family gatherings, where his kind spirit and gentle humor brought everyone closer. His life was marked by a quiet strength, which he shared with those around him.
Bob's passing reunites him with his dear wife Dorothy, his son John, and his parents, Robert Sr. And Helen .Though his absence leaves a big void, his legacy of faith, service, and unconditional love will continue to inspire his family and all who knew him.
