Robert Edward Day

Robert (Bob) Edward Day of Denver passed away on October 13, 2011 at St. Anthony Hospital in Lakewood. He was 80.
Bob was born February 15, 1931 to J.W. (Bill) & Lucy Day of Denver. He graduated from South High School in 1949.
Bob served in the United States Air Force for 7 years. After which he work in the food industry from grocery stores, to the KarmelKorn company, to Noble, where he retired after 21 years, to begin his own food distribution company.
Bob married Ann Jones and divorced after 15 years. He is preceded in death by his parents, first wife, and brother in law Jack Smith and sister in law Donna Kay Bower.
Bob loved playing music with friends and family. His passion was camping & fishing also with his many friends and family.
Bob is survived by his wife Diane of 38 years, his brother Norman (Kathryn) Day, brother in law Jon Bower (Diane) many cousins, four nieces, one nephew, five great nieces, nine great nephews, 2 great great nieces, and one great great nephew.
Bob will be missed by his family and friends.
