Robert M. Cochrane, Iv

Robert (aka "Sandy" to many") has left this world to join his loving parents, Robert and Gladys Cochrane. He has been set free from his debilitating conditions that he had from birth. We praise God for that! We also are extremely thankful for our answered prayers for the 11+ years he had with his Godly home care provider, Rhonda, who loved him as her own son and who welcomed him into her entire large family and extended relatives, following the deaths of Robert's parents. Between her families and the various organizations that have watched over his care, Robert has had a wonderful environment to live in throughout his life.

Robert's gentle personality and ways of communicating his feelings and wants without an ability to speak blessed many. His childlike love for music, toddler push-button games, Elmo and videos touched the heart of many, along with his own unique way of laughing and smiling. At 56, he was quickly and graciously taken home to be with the Lord through a heart attack and thus didn't have to endure the confusing hospitalization that can often happen in death situations. What a BLESSING!

Rob and Stephanie are thankful that they have been able to be a part of his later years as his guardians. Robert has taught us much through his simple and yet beautifully personable ways.
