Bobbie was born in Penokee, Kansas on January 14, 1930 to Charley and Ina Brinkmeyer. When she was six years old they moved and settled in Aurora, CO. This is where she met the love of her life, Bob.
Bobbie's legacy was her eight children. She was a homemaker and a stay at home mom until she raised her children to adulthood. She was a devoted and tireless wife and mom. Bob and Bobbie owned C & R ceramics in Aurora and later worked for Kmart.
She had a zest for life and enjoyed doing many things including travelling with Bob and the rest of her family. She has been on multiple cruises, travelled to Australia, Hawaii, Alaska, Cabo, Cancun and every State West of the Mississippi. She was an avid rock collector and brought back rocks from everyplace she travelled to. She also loved to camp and fish.
On holidays she was always up for board and card games of any kind. She loved spending time with her children, grandkids, great grandkids and all other children she came in contact with.
Bobbie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend to all who knew her. She lived her life to the fullest and taught her kids and grandkids to appreciate everything in life. She taught us all to love with our whole heart, laugh every day and to live each day to the fullest.
