He is survived by his loving wife Erika M. Thompson of Denver, CO; Son Greg Thompson of Denver, CO; daughter Jane Thompson of Englewood, CO; grandson Nicholas Thompson of Lone Tree, CO. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the National Parkinson Foundation, Inc. 1501 N.W. 9th Ave., Bob Hope Road, Miami, Florida 33136-1494.
