Ronald David Dufault

Ronald David Dufault was born in Sendai Japan January 19th, 1954 to Robert and Shirley Dufault. He lived in Littleton, Colorado for the last 25 years, though he often told stories of his travels around the world pursuing his dreams of viewing and collecting all the worlds best gems and minerals.

Until his finals days, Ron enjoyed finding the best rocks and discussing the nuances and complexities of each specimen. His passion for his craft and his family will always be an inspiration to those who knew him. Ron's light hearted sense of humor never faltered, and even in his final hours he put smiles on everyone faces and made a point to let everyone know how appreciated and valued they were. His biggest care in the world was for others and was deeply touched by those less fortunate, and always felt compelled to help those down on their luck.

Ron is currently survived by his brother Robert 68, his three children Jackelyn 26, Julianne 23, and James 20 as well as his grandson William, 1. His infectious personality will always be remembered by those who knew him. Ron's time on this earth was far too short, and he will be greatly missed.
