Ronald "Ronnie" John Geist, 69, of Westminster, Colorado, passed away January 14, 2017 in Westminster Colorado.
He was born on April 25, 1947 in Denver, Colorado, the son of Elmer John Geist and Mary (Bellar) Geist.
Ronnie was a hard worker, doing hardwood floors for over 40 years all while working alongside his brothers.
Ronnie served in the armed forces as part of the Army in the 60's for almost two years. He served in the Vietnam War and earned numerous medals such as the National Defense Service Medal, a Vietnam Service Medal, a Vietnam Campaign Medal, and a Sharpshooter Badge.
He enjoyed being with family and friends, he loved hot rods and collector cars, they were his hobby. His biggest enjoyment came from The Squeeze Inn and the family of friends that he had while working there.
He is survived by his loving family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, and brothers Donnie & Freddie.
