He was born in Gimli Manatoba, Canada he Graduated from Boulder High School, class of 1967 in Boulder, CO. From there he attended and Graduated from the University of Northern Colorado, Greeley, CO.
He worked 35 years in education, Northglenn High School: Math Teacher, Wrestling coach, Gateway High School: Math Teacher, Wrestling Coach, Rangeview High School: Math Teacher, Administator/Dean of Students, Wrestling Coach, Douglas County High School: Administrator/Dean of Students and Aurora Central High School: Administrator/Dean of Students. He was actively involved with CHSAA/ Wrestling.
Ron is survived by his wife Marla; Daughters Julie, Jamie, Carey and son Daniel along with their spouses Derek, Justin, Seth and Christina; Step-sons Michael and Kevin; Grandchildren Camden, Nolan, Reece, Reid, Rhett, Ryder, Sage, Wyatt, Bailee, John, Ocean, Raina and Allie.
