Rosa Mary Bunn, born on October 26, 1932, to Bob and Bessie Jewsbury, passed away peacefully on November 19, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, strength, and kindness that will forever resonate in the hearts of those she touched.

Raised in Carl Junction, Missouri, alongside her two sisters and four brothers, Rosa blossomed into a remarkable woman. After graduating from Carl Junction High School in 1950, she married the love of her life, William (Bill) Bunn, on May 31, 1953. Together, they embarked on a journey that began in Missouri and Illinois before leading them to the breathtaking landscapes of Colorado in 1966. Their years in Coal Creek Canyon and Nederland were filled with cherished memories and a growing family.

Rosa's spirit is carried on by her beloved children: Marc Bunn (Tammy), Tara Scherschligt, Jeff Bunn (Lori), and Lisa Jones. She was the proud grandmother of 16 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, whose lives she enriched with her unconditional love and unwavering support. Each grandchild, including Shannon Aery, Andy Bunn, Jessie Bunn, Megan Bunn, Cody Bunn, Monica Garland (Gary), Joshua Hooper, Jonathan Theisen, Lisa Theisen, TJ Theisen, Billy Bunn, Bobby Bunn, Mathew (Tiffany)Bunn, Seth Hearn and Jimmy Hearn will hold dear the moments shared with their grandmother, as will great-grandchildren Kyaan Bunn, Collin Bunn, Cason Bunn, Izabella Garland, Gavin Hooper, Skylar Hooper, Britton Hooper, Emma Bunn, Jordyn Bunn, Logan Bunn, Lindsay Bunn, Dylan Hearn, Zachary Hearn, and Alexander Bunn.

Rosa's professional journey began in 1967 at Coors, where she dedicated 32 years to the company. As the employment manager and later the Community Affairs manager, she was instrumental in developing the Volunteers in Community Service program, showcasing her commitment to uplifting those around her. Her dedication did not go unnoticed, and she earned recognition for her significant contributions to both the company and the community at the White House by President Bush.

In her retirement, at the age of 90, Rosa inspired others through her writing. She authored two heartfelt books titled "My Lucky Life Wrapped In Blessings" and "Read My Lips,". Her extensive research on angels reflected her deep faith and devotion, revealing her active involvement in various Christian churches throughout her life.

Rosa's life was a tapestry woven with love, forgiveness, and generosity. She approached life's challenges with grace, demonstrating a beauty that radiated from within. She embodied the essence of unconditional love and taught those around her to forgive without hesitation. Her presence colored the lives of her family and friends, creating a vibrant legacy that will continue to shine bright.

A Celebration of Life for Rosa Mary Bunn will be held on December 29, 2025, at Ralston's Crossing Event Center in Arvada, Colorado. The event will start at 10:00 AM and conclude at 11:30 AM. Here, family and friends will gather to honor a woman whose heart knew no bounds and whose love will forever remain a guiding light in our lives.
