Rose Mary Fernandez , 72, of Denver, Colorado passed away on August 3, 2013. She retired from Sorin Group.

Rose was born on December 11, 1940, Trinidad, Colorado to the late Jose and Rebecca (Torres) Martinez. She was also preceded in death by her husband James, son Alfonso "Poncho", and daughter Suzie. Rose is survived by her, Daughters Annette Fernandez and Arlene R. Fernandez; Grandchildren Alfonso J. (Marina) Martinez, Nicholas J. Fernandez and Rebecca T. Martinez; and 6 Great Grandchildren; also survived by siblings Vincent Martinez, Ernie (Alma) Martinez, Edward Martinez, Emily (Fernie) Gonzales; and also her brothers and sisters-in-laws Teresa Cardona, Betty Fisher, Elaine Fernandez, Sam Fernandez, Judy (Lyle) Crow, Ed (Brenda) Fernandez, Nancy Fernandez, and Juanita (Jesus) Madera. She also has numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
