REMEMBERING ROSE
Rose Mary Patrick Klune was called home on September 19, 2012. She was born in Pueblo, Colorado on August 1, 1915, the third child of John and Mary Patrick (Petric), and lived her whole life in Pueblo. She was married to Frank Michael Klune for 42 years, before his passing in 1987. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Mary, and brothers John and Joe. She is survived by daughter, Rosemary Herndon, son in law, Gary Herndon, grandsons Robert (Terri) Simonich, Eric (Jenn) Herndon, Mike (Michelle) Simonich, granddaughters Shannon (Dan) Stewart and Melissa (Mike) Haley, brother Stanley Patrick, sisters Helen Renck, Margaret Mayernick, sister in law Ruth Klune, nieces Lori Waters, Donna Collier, and Margie Polos, nephew Joe Klune. Several more nieces and nephews, as well as two great grand children, close friends Sharon and Terry Kish, survive in Rose's large family. Rose loved her family, her friends, sewing, her dogs, flowers, dolls, baking and reading. She was a life long member of St. Francis parish, Western Slavonic Association, and Slovenian Woman's Association. She will be sadly missed by those who loved her.
