Russell Lee Eigenberg (1923 - 2012)

Born in Hastings, Nebraska January 8, 1923 and passed away in Englewood, CO on June 17, 2012. Russell is survived by his two children, Brad and Vickie; his grandchildren, Terry, Tami, Jimmy, Josh, Bradley and Brianna and his great-grandchildren Taylor, Charlee, Nicole, Raelynn, Ashley, Shelby, Hannah, Josh and Hailey.

Russell enjoyed playing basketball and softball and was an entrepreneur owning gas stations and a bowling alley. He moved to Denver as a young man where he met the love of his life, Marcella. They loved spending time in Granby camping and fishing. He also loved shooting pool and gambling in Central City. Russell served our country in the Army during WW2 from February 26, 1943 to October 26, 1945. After a long fight with COPD, we lost Russell. He will be greatly missed.

Ceremony will be at Fort Logan Staging Area A.
