7/25/25 – 4/27/14. Born in Charlotte, NC. Survived by daughters Sheri Beck and Christine Tucker, son, David Baker, granddaughters Heather Brown and Laura Morrell, and grandson Frank Tucker. Shelby thoroughly enjoyed playing poker with and taking money from his good friends at the Eagles and TREA, and will be sorely missed by all. He retired as a Master Sergeant from the Air Force in 1962 and was then an independent contractor in Aurora, CO. Shelby will be interred with his beloved deceased wife, Doris, at 2:15 p.m. on Friday, June 6 during a ceremony at the Ft. Logan National Cemetery.
