Sherri Lyn Burk , 50, of Denver, passed away December 8, 2015.
She was born May 26, 1965 in Hagerstown, Maryland, the daughter of Larry and Margaret (Hull) Hammond. She was a graduate of High School.
She was a member of Colorado Mountains to Plains Sheltie Club and the Denver Sheltie Club.
She enjoyed raising shelties, breeding and showing up to 20 at one time. Sherri loved custom cars that made noise. Above all, Sherri enjoyed spending time taking care of her family and friends. She made sure that anyone who spent time with her was treated like family. She was known for her ability to cook anything for anyone. Sherri enjoyed taking pictures, riding her bike, and spending time working in her flower gardens.
Sherri is survived by Michael "Mick" L. Tuttle; Michael Burk; Two Sons, Bradley Michael Burk and Monk Burger; Two Daughters, Tiffany Marie Burk and Rachel Lyn Tuttle; her parents, Larry (Margaret) Hammond; four siblings, Karen (Doug) Fultz, Michael (Stacy) Hammond, Larry Hammond, Jr. and Henry (Margie) Walters and her dogs.
