He was born September 24, 1974 in Chuuk, Federated States of Micronesia, the son of Sinfiano Nota and Julie Yesiki.
Sinviano is survived by his wife, Gladleen Malon; three sons, Marlo Mariama, Kyle Mariama, and Marvin Mariama; one daughter, Gendlyn Mariama; two brothers, Chance Nota (Bema Nowell) and Laster Nota; and two sisters, Jane Nota (Nelson Renuk) and Silvana Nota.
