Stella M. Martinez

Stella Marie Martinez passed away May 8, 2014 at the age of 74 years old.
She was proceeded in death by her husband Lino J. Martinez and son Gilbert C. Martinez. She is survived by nine children Steve Martinez, Ron Martinez, Lino Martinez Jr., Rhonda Rydalch, Donna Ellison, Katrina Beauchamp of Denver, CO- Fred Martinez of Lyons, KS- Robert Martinez & Franke Martinez of San Francisco, CA; her brother, Marion Chavez; and numerous grandchildren & great grandchildren.

Mrs. Martinez was born March 21, 1940 in New Mexico. She grew up in Trinidad and married Lino Martinez on July 26, 1955. Mrs. Martinez was a dedicated housewife who lovingly raised 10 children.

Stella was the family Matriarch, was loved by all and a woman who stood up for her principles. She put her family first and sacrificed much for their success and future. She will be loved and missed by many.

Services will be held Friday May 16th with a viewing at 9:30 a.m. service at 10:45 a.m.at St. Thomas Church 2201 Dexter St. Denver CO 80207. Burial Services at Ft. Logan Cemetery at Staging area "C" at 2:15 p.m. Flower arrangements are under the direction of Cherry Blossoms Florist (303)422-5650
