Stephen A Garcia

Stephen Garcia was born in Denver Colorado on April 29th, 1968 to Stephen T. Garcia and Judith Crespin. He passed away at home in Morrison on September 30th, 2025 at the age of 57.

Steve spent his whole life in Colorado, eventually marrying Lynette Scholten and building a family here.

He worked as a credit analyst for most of his life and spent his time outside of work with friends or family. Steve was truly a people person and loved spending time with others. Always quick to make a joke, and always smiling. He loved his family, especially his two daughters.

Steve is survived by daughters Megan (Alec), Payton (Vic), parents Steve (Grace) Garcia Jude (Royce) Crespin, brother Shawn (Jada) Garcia , Sister Victoria (Jose) Martinez and several nephews and nieces as well as his grandson Callan. He is joining his sisters in heaven Justine Garcia and Jessica Garcia Duvall.

He was a great man, father, son, uncle, cousin, grandfather and friend.

The service will be October 23rd at Newcomer Funeral Home in Lakewood. There will be a viewing at 10am and the service will begin at 11am. There will be a reception afterwards at Landlocked Ales in Lakewood from 12-2pm.
