Sue M. Couch of Aurora Colorado lost her battle with cancer and passed away at home, May 31, 2013. She was born in Stafford, Oklahoma, June 21, 1930 to Doyle and Edith McElmurry. Sue moved to Colorado Springs in 1948, worked and raised her family until she retired in 1976. After several years of traveling she and her husband settled in Aurora Colorado in 1992.
Until her illness, Sue was a member of many fraternal organizations; Ladies Elks and Eagles; she also loved to play golf and was a member of the Aurora Women's 18 Hole Golf Club. Sue enjoyed square dancing, round dancing and fishing … but mostly enjoyed being with her family and friends.
Sue is survived by her husband Charlie, daughters Glenda Taddeo and Deborah Liska, son-in-law Gary Taddeo, step-daughter JoAnn Oliver, grandson Anthony Taddeo his wife Ann, great grandchildren Faith, Patrick, Paul, Jamie, Lecia and Leah and 3 great great grandchildren … many nieces and nephews and friends too numerous to mention.

A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM on June 15th, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 190 North Potomac, Aurora, CO., Reception following the memorial at the Elks Lodge, 560 N. Geneva St., Aurora, CO.
