With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Terrance Lynn Morgan on December 16, 2025. As a beloved father of three and devoted friend, he was known for using his creative nature to truly appreciate the little things and share those moments to help those around him. He was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on March 24, 1961. After attending school in Tahlequah, he would begin his family with Marcella Bennett, where they would stay friends to this day.
It was important to him to share his passions with his children, Miranda, Nekeshia and Kyle. Music became a constant topic on almost every conversation he would have with Miranda. He was proud to see his love for baking passed onto his daughter, Nekeshia. And, his connection to nature and fishing, he would enjoy with his son Kyle.
At his core, he was a motivated self-taught do-it-yourself kinda guy. He used this push, to learn how to build everything from his kids' two story playhouse to porch swings, and even remodeling a 100 year old house! During that time, he could often be found in the garden, where he could make practically anything grow.
Terrance made friends easily and was well liked by everyone he met. This includes the community he surrounded himself with, in his love of the world of gaming. His charismatic influence was learned at a young age with the travel that he would be apart of with his parents William and Barbara Morgan, and his siblings: Scott, Rick, and Pamela. This is where his love of mountains and photography would begin to grow.
As a family is ever growing, he leaves behind his two daughters and their families: Miranda, her husband Tom, their children Paige and Sophia, Nekeshia, her husband Richard, and their kids Charlene, Gabriel, Xandria, and Coda. He will be missed by his brother Rick, his sisters Melissa and Niki, his stepmom, Betty, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Previously departed loved ones included his son Kyle, his brother David Scott, his sister Pamela, and his mom, Barbara, who will surely welcome him with open arms.
Information for an online celebration of life will be coming soon.
His laughter, energy and spirit will forever remain in our hearts.
