Colorado native, Terry Ray Ballard (January 29th 1959 – June 29th 2011) is survived by his wife, Beth Ballard (42) & his daughter, Stacy Ruiz (28). Terry was truly extraordinary. He started working in heavy equipment operation when he was only 16, astonishing all those around him who said he never would be able to do such a job since he was born with brittle bones, let alone be the best at the job he did for nearly his entire working life. Terry's main motivation to work so hard (beyond his tenacious spirit) was to provide for his daughter, who also was born with brittle bones. Terry was there for his daughter where it was most important, managing to provide while constantly being at the hospital with Stacy – he was her protector & her best friend. Terry had a big heart & gladly helped anyone in need. Terry touched each life he encountered in an unforgettable way. In Nov. 2010, Terry finally met Beth, who was a poetic match for him, and they married in May 2011. Indeed, Terry was a "kindred spirit" with his personal relationship with our Heavenly Father evident in his every move. "You are greatly missed, but now it's your time to peacefully rest with, and in, the home prepared by Our Father."
