Father to four: Tammie Phillips, Patricia Phillips, Marisa Phillips, and Michelle Phillips. Grandfather to David Fienberg. Brother to Catherine, Mae, Roxie, Joseph, Clarice, Chere, and Willie. Thomas is also survived by nieces, nephews, other extended family and friends. Preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Hilda Phillips; sisters, Mary Long and Pauline Davis; and his brother, John Phillips.
