Valentine Agee, 98, of Arvada, passed away May 24, 2017.
She was born February 14, 1919 in Vincennes, Indiana, the daughter of William and Ella (Dick) Pea.
She was a graduate of Decker High School. She attended Beautician School after High School. Valentine worked as a Beautician for many years. She then worked as a Teacher's Assistant in the Kindergarten classroom.
She enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding in a boat driven by her son. Valentine will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and grandmother who cherished the time that she spent with her grandchildren.
On August 13, 1941, she married Carl Ivan Agee.
Valentine is survived by son, J. Carl (Martha) Agee; four grandchildren, John (fiancee Celine Kabemba) Agee, Sarah (Steven) Turner, Rebecca Agee and Stephen Agee and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by loving husband of 66 years, Carl Ivan Agee; father, William A. Pea; mother, Ella Mae Pea and sister, Leona Hawkins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Valentine's name to Engineering Ministries International AKA EMI, 130 E Kiowa St # 200, Colorado Springs, CO 80903.
