On the morning of May 19th, 2015; Vicki Lynn Hunt, a loving mother of three daughters, and grandmother to one girl, lost her battle with cancer and went to be with the angels.
Vicki spent the majority of her life working as a waitress in the restaurant industry; she was a very hard working person. She did everything possible for her daughters and was a very loving and devoted mother.
She was born on August 6th, 1962 and was 52 years of age at the time of her passing. She was born in Laramie, Wyoming to Lillian Elmira Garcia and Lester Jack Garcia. At a young age, the family moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico where Vicki grew up with fives siblings.
On May 20th, 1994 Vicki married Rob Hunt and on December 17th gave birth to their first daughter. In 2000, the little family packed up and moved to Denver, Colorado where they were blessed with two more daughters. An unfortunate event took place in December of 2010, the Divorce of Rob and Vicki Hunt. In 2013, Vicki got the chance to be a grandmother and she did a wonderful job. The rest of Vicki's life was spent here in Colorado with her daughters, granddaughter, and friends.
Vicki is survived by her siblings: George, Jack, Valerie, Robert, and Davida; her three daughters: Samantha, Victoria, and Natasha; and her granddaughter, Savannah; and a number of other relatives and close friends.
There will be a private viewing for the immediate family followed by a public gathering at 2587 So. Winona Ct, Denver, CO 80219 from 1:00pm-5:00pm. Friends and family are more than welcome to come to the gathering to pay your respects.
