Vincent D. Corwin

Vincent Corwin passed away peacefully on April 9 at the Lutheran Collier Hospice Center in Wheatridge, Colorado.
He is survived by his wife Betty Corwin; sons Dennis and Tim Corwin; daughter Karen Valas; grandchildren Justin Valas and Kimberley Corwin; sister Becky Cornelius; and a large number of very loved nieces and nephews.
Vincent grew up in Marion, Ohio. After graduating from high school, he served in the Navy. He met and married Betty in Dayton, Ohio. He spent his career working in restaurant and hotel management which took him from Ohio to Massachusetts, Maine and New Jersey. Nearing retirement age he moved to the Vail area and worked in several local eateries and assisted his son with his business. He was a member of the Mount of Holy Cross Lutheran Church. A service will be held May 2 at 2:00 PM at Fort Logan National Cemetery.
