Viola F. Hill, 77, formerly of Chicago, IL, passed away January 22, 2006. A retired teacher in the Chicago Public Schools, she is survived by her daughters Vickie (Myron) Wilson, Leah (Tyrone) Powell, and Myrna (Arthur) Billingsley; brother Curley (Annie) Merriweather, sister Gwendolyn (Paul) Miller, and brother Leonard Merriweather; and 8 grandchildren. Visitation, Thursday 4-8pm at the funeral home. Services, Friday 10am at Newcomer Family Funeral Home - East Metro Chapel. Interment, St. Simeon Cemetery.
